This place ranks low when it comes to diversity and inclusion. Unless you are a family member or close friend of this family run business, you won’t have much opportunity for advancement. The CEO was well meaning but disorganized and easily distracted. The office team seemed to be constantly operating with shiny object syndrome. All of the initial reviews here were solicited since they had no Glassdoor presence. (Note how closely in time frame they were all posted). A mom and pop shop that runs like one though it advertises itself as a growing business with opportunities for growth. If you are seeking an inclusive company culture, I would advise looking elsewhere.
