      No pros. Check cons and you can see many

      You will always be under CCTV camera No freedom You have to work in nights only, as USA team think their day time works for whole world No cabs provided for employees working in night shift and no proper support Sack when they feel like and no proper notice will be given, when you want to leave they will not accept your resignation and ask to serve 100 days NP Despite working at whole night, they will ask to support till 7 to 8AM
