Prompt and effective adoption of AI while remaining people-centric and open to feedback. Leadership are visible and approachable with high levels of expertise and drive. There is a demonstrable focus on Pets and their Parents throughout the business. Creating moments that matter for our customers is key to our strength as a business.

Due to the size of the organisation, traditional career progression may not be linear however, internal mobility is actively encouraged throughout the business so pivoting into a different career pathway or function is encouraged, where possible.

Pros

Remote working means I dont have the daily commute, this enhances my work life balance as I have more free time and the company is flexible. Team spirt, everyone I have encountered have been friendly, teams support each other and discuss issues and ways to improve. Management are keen to take on board the opinions and ideas of all staff. Hard work is recognised and rewarded. I feel valued at the company and the annual salary is very competitive.
