      Pros

      I really liked most of the people I worked with. The culture was very relaxed and I felt like I was paid fairly for the work I did.

      Cons

      The top-level management seemed unsure of what direction to point the company. Mapquest was once a juggernaut in the tech industry, and they never adapted to the times. It seemed the company was unwilling to focus on future products and compete with the big players in the industry.
