For the last 18 months corporate and management has been trying to kill the delivery department at the Vista store. First they overhired and had way to many drivers on shift while cutting the hours of longtime employees- then they fired all the new drivers and cut our hours more. New owners then eliminated all sales/discounts/deals (including employee discount!), raised prices and got rid of the loyalty program - all of which happened as sales dropped precipitously. They lied to their own store managers and told them explicitly that no one was getting fired as soon as 3/9 Finally they axed the delivery and expo departments at Vista with zero notice and zero severance on 3/10. If you ask me they’re going to sell the Vista store for spare parts by the end of summer. They’ve been trying kill it for the better part of 2 years
