Cons
None that stand out. As a growing company, processes continue to evolve, but leadership is always open to feedback and development.
Management is supportive and approachable and my colleagues are friendly and collaborative. Masters has given me plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and advance professionally. Overall the culture is positive, transparent, encourages growth.
Masters is a great place to work! Our team is motivated, client focussed, fast moving but also fun and caring. Our management team cares about us, they are quick to reach out and offer work from home days when the weather is inclement which takes huge stress off of us and this flexibility so so appreciated! I feel safe to approach our team leads or partners with any concerns and feel heard, I enjoy coming into the office where the environment is fast paced but always time for a catch up or some humour with colleagues.
