    Employees are empowered to be advocates for our customers and management backs us when necessary with manufacturer partners. Flexible, fun working environment.

    Cons

    Smaller company so everyone wears multiple hats and it can be stressful at times.

    Continue to allow flexibility and support for employees.

    I just love to do and arrange events and funtion and matrix is the grade1 event man iagement company in eastern india.

    I miss u boss,and pls avoid the mobile events.
