Nice office with free parking; interesting market (media); on Northside of Pittsburgh which is starting to flip to a better neighborhood. Good life/work balance.
Cons
CEO has been at the company for many years but still struggles to understand a technology market. . Several years ago someone came in revise the software and that had a big impact but that person is no longer there.
Nice people, interesting product, they try to make a nice work environment but they are located in a horrible part of town.
Cons
Limited growth, senior management doesn't believe they are ever wrong, good people were laid off and bad people kept, some vision but completely unable to execute on it.
Small company environment, relaxed atmosphere, occasional "fun". Employees are free to plan their workday, and occasionally work remotely. Some travel is available. Interesting workplace, minimum of politics, and "open door" policies with upper management. Free parking, and decent access to nearby amenities.
Cons
Small company anxiety, limited revenue, terrible location. Moved from, and to, a dangerous part of town. Minimal security, particularly after hours. Although management doors are "open", that doesn't mean an employee will be heard. Due to small company atmosphere, some encounters are ...unprofessional. Compensation is not commensurate with performance, and despite a years-old promise, profit-sharing is still yet to materialize.
