    Pros

Enjoyable, easy, and very relaxing. The people who come in are driven and usually extremely friendly.

    Cons

Often customer don't come in for a while. There is a lot of down time that can be really boring and tedious. Not for someone who wants to work nonstop.

    Advice to Management

Management is done by a franchisee. Each is different. The company has a good structure, but the prices of some of their supplements are quite high.
