      Awesome company to work for if your in management

      Pros

      I worked in one of the retail locations as a SM. The hours were long, but the crew I had made it all worth while. My district manager was always a phone call away willing to give direction or input on a situation.

      Cons

      They don't pay the sales associates very much. There is a lot asked of a sales associate and the hours are not always enough to go around.

      Pros

      -50% discount off of already unbelieveably low prices -BCBG Brand recognition - Fast promotions (within a year I've seen several fashion stylists become managers and several assistant managers become store managers) -Relatively easy work - Fun music - very lenient dress code (we can still wear jeans!) and cute flip flops! -Great communication from management (including store manager, other stores in our district, and District manager)

      Cons

      -They need to fill open positions more quickly instead of going without a manager for months -Clothing could be a little better quality, especially clothes with beads, or applique that come off very easily - phone lines need long distance -only 3 paid holidays instead of the normal 6 or 7 -technology is way under par and POS systems are JUNK! (we still have to sign in and out on paper)
