      Company had a good structure and strategies in place to grow which further pushes you to be at the best version of yourself. Lots of resources are provided to help improve you as a person in this career

      as the company is upsizing quite aggressively, theres many people that are there they need to manage which sometimes feels like you are getting left out unless you are persistent in asking for help on a specific thing
