Extremely volatile company. There is no proper documentation, SOPs, shadow sessions, or structured training. Constant layoffs, position changes, and a consistently high-pressure environment. Don’t fall for the above-industry package — it’s a big trap. Also they give rewards for 5 star reviews so dont get mislead
