      It pays money on a biweekly schedule. That is about it for pros

      Cons

      Poorly managed, no input allowed. Leadership will throw you under the bus at anytime to protect themselves. Always finding a way to not pay you what is owed Most everyone lies, or simply forgets commitments

      Executive management have no idea what they're doing Leadership has no strategy, like blind monkeys throwing darts Entire sales team is churn n burn, high turnover and no retention Company culture is nonexistant

      Medacta USA is a small but growing operation in which the Senior Management is still able to listen to the rank-and-file. However, please see Cons.

      Cons

      The parent company in Switzerland exerts a lot of control over the decisions made in the US. It makes it very difficult for US Senior Management to maintain the operation's autonomy.
