- Old school mentality : Hard to bring new ideas. Always in retroaction instead of being one step ahead.
- Hire or promote wrong person: No technical test during programmer interviews... Senior programmers are not up to date technology wise... Most programmers dont care about UI or performance. Not a lot of doers, some ppl do nothing.
- Company is 20 years late technology wise (no joke).
- No programming infrastructure: Free for All.
- Most of the employee get 3% raise, even if your a performer, i would advice negotiating your starting salary very well.
- Management prefer to pay 100k$ in development instead of paying 1k$ in licences.
