      You'll meet some good people there.

      Cons

      No way to move up and you'll feel stagnant soon. Upper management doesn't care about personal growth. Company doesn't know how to deal with issues either, everything gets escalated immediately.

      Limited opportunity for growth. Many levels of management. Old facilities. Slow to change and heavy work loads.
