Guys in the shop are great. You can learn a ton from the experienced guys.
Cons
Management has such a strong disconnect from how to do the job. They are unrealistic in how to approach most of their builds. They have no one In managment that can answer simple building 95% of the time. It falls to the builders to figure it out. Which is fine if they would pay their experienced guys enough to keep them around
