      Pros

      MessageGate has an enterprise-level email governance solution that is robust and proven. The company itself has a solid foundation after spinning out of Boeing in the early 2000s. They employ intelligent developers who are driven and excel at their jobs

      Cons

      There has been a lot of turnover in upper management. This creates instability and doubt in the minds of the employees. While this is not ideal, maintaining better transparency could help admonish fears.
