      Pros

      - Interesting, progressive industry - Company is seemingly well capitalized - Longevity given it's size and market penetration/state contracts - Extremely nice people who are well intentioned

      Cons

      - Management doesn't know anything about the industry - CTO appears warm but is often condescending, rude - CEO is not from tech or cannabis - Pays way below market value value for all roles - Tech org is in shambles and makes decisions based on ego and hubris; holds onto ancient engineering concepts and refuses to buy down tech debt resulting in a bad customer experience - Headquarters is located in central Florida - Customer support is overworked and underpaid - Very little training, career development in the product dept

      Great remote work and supportive management, but pay issues persist

      Pros

      Working remote and work life balance is pretty good. The managers are really good and do not micromanage. No real competitors and recession proof job

      Cons

      Reviews don't matter at all. You will get the same cost of living increase everyone else gets. They do not do raises even though the company is absolutely flush with cash. CEO used to be a CFO and he runs the company as you would expect a CFO to. New CTO wants people to "Run with knives" so we went from never having big bugs or hotfixes to pushing multiple hotfixes most days. They are also in the process of removing QAs for the most part and having engineers manual QA.
