      Uppity and pretentious, and for what?

      Pretty good perks, if you’re into seeing free art movies.

      Cons

      Just a very pretentious vibe—metro used to be something cool, I think, but these days is just clinging to what it used to be. Never made much money at all, most shifts were appalling money, unless a Friday or Saturday night. Even those sometimes were shockingly bad.

      Pros

      At the time, there were lots of opportunities to ideate and implement creative strategies. The multi-faceted nature of the business also meant that someone in a management or directorship position could learn a lot about many different aspects of the business.

      Cons

      …unfortunately none of the different aspects of the business worked well, due to infighting and ego-driven business and creative decisions by the owners.
