Pros

Small firm if that is your preference.

Cons

This place is a revolving door for employment of support staff and associate attorneys. Partners have their favorites and will allow those individuals to do what ever they want. Additionally, the firm offers bare minimum pay, doesn't pay anyone properly for any overtime (all staff are salary even though the laws for labor do not allow for this) and any overtime you do work is counted as additional time off. But if you leave, they will not pay you for that additional time off, only the original time off you get at the start of the year. Attorneys also allow paralegals to efile without attorney review. Case assignments are not done in a fair format. Established staff will take the cases they want to work (typically the easier litigations) and pawn off the harder assignments to others. This includes paralegals.
