exciting company initially, but did not amount to anything. Good developers, good sales people, great sales management. Product would have been good if there had been a solid direction

management/CEO didn't do what he said he would do. He kept on changing the direction of the company and wasn't able to effectively focus the company on any winning solutions. He drove good people away.
