      If you work enough long and enough high position, you can do anything.

      Cons

      Toxic grind culture. Advancement based purely on favoritism, not merit. Zero psychological safety—management retaliates against those they dislike. Urgently needs HR intervention.

      Pros

      Nice working environment with overall good and young energetic colleagues / team that can help each other. Not so much meetings and politic/conflict issue compared to bigger MNC company.

      Cons

      Mainly focus on customization machine that require various kind of competencies / skillsets.
