Pros
Growing Company. Lots of things to learn from. A good starter for freshers. Rewards surprisingly upon completion of a project. Congenial atmosphere.
Cons
Lack of infrastructure. Needs to add on human resource which would result in better delegation and hence more efficiency. Should provide more future growth prospects for career advancement say providing financial support for post grad etc.
