      Pros

      Unfortunately nothing I could tell here. Only Tampa Bay is a nice location.

      Cons

      Bad atmosphere, no diversity, not trustful, only fast money but not customer oriented, bad leadership, purely cost oriented at the price of service quality and employee satisfaction. Not only employees are treated bad but also customers.

      Owners really care about their employees....not just a number! For a sales environment everyone is treated professionally.

      Cons

      The industry is challenging so it can be hard work at times. Being a small/midsize company you have to wear alot of hats and some people cannot handle that.

      Pros

      MicroRam has been in business for 25+ years, that says a lot about the company & its owners. Many of the employees have been with the company over 10+ years, myself included. Very knowledgeable and well respected in the industry. We work hard & play hard. MicroRam likes to have fun with their employees, as well as their families with company outings and events.

      Cons

      If you don't like to multitask or be a team player, this could be considered a con for you.
