Pros

Talented individuals throughout the company, especially within the Revenue Department. The company would have ceased to exist were it not for the individuals on that team- and this is no exaggeration.

Cons

Instability over the last year due to leadership being pulled in different directions and becoming disillusioned with the dream they used the live and breathe.

Microblink is truly a People-first, company with a thriving work culture that wants to see people succeed in their roles. It's fast-paced, innovative and a great place to learn a lot and grow your career. There are a lot of diverse and talented people across Croatia, NYC and Manila. Great product and really interesting technology. You can come to Microblink and have a really big impact on the business - people are empowered and autonomous.

Cons

At times there are growing pains but its normal for a company at this stage. It's been a great 6+ and I'm proud to be a part of Microblink and can't wait to be a part of all of the companies future success!

- It's a high growth company full of really smart people - Very transparent organization structure and really supportive management that emphasizes career growth - Forefront of machine learning and artificial intelligence with many strong software products - Great people -- everybody at the company is friendly and welcoming
