Pros
Good for an entry level engineer to start. Great People leading Engineering Team. You can learn best drafting skills. Insurance is fully paid by the employer
Cons
Bad Management-They make you work overtime and doesn't pay for it when it is time for the hike they add the overtime pay but realistically they don't give you a hike you deserve. They micro manage you on everything.
