      Another Christian Company.

      Pros

      Very easy to take time off if needed.

      Cons

      Very Christian. Management is over worked and it trickles down to everyone else. Micromanaging to the extreme. Processes are constantly changing. If you don't fit with the Christian ideals don't plan on lasting long.

      Great with birthday celebrations and holidays

      Cons

      Management is a joke. There a different sets of rules for cliques in the company. The Construction department senior management has no clue on how to manage it's employees or time. Multitasking is not the Senior PM's strong point and you are expected to babysit adults and make sure they get their job done while you have to do yours. There is no "Unity, Teamwork or Integrity" in that department.
