Pros

It was exciting to live in Europe, and living overseas was a educational enrichment in learning different cultures. You learn sales skills and how to properly qualify a customer. You should like working outside on the lot as there is no money sitting in the office. Being able to understand key sales words like "just checking my options"(customer has no options), " my Grandmother passed away" (Customer need s the $100 deposit to go to the Club) and my favorite, "can I just pay you every month?"(Customers credit is so bad that his last car was buy here pay here program in the US and he/she liked that)

Cons

50+ hours a week, commission based only, paying local Taxes, micro managed, more sales agents then customer, training new agents without any recognition from management, using own commissions to pay for Fuel in show cars when moving to and from the shop for recalls, even when the car is not your costumer. Paying for everything related to the sales location, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, soap, vacuum for cleaning cars, jumper cables, fasteners for displaying banners, bungee cords but you can save all those receipts to write it off on your taxes!

Pros

Was a good company for the service personnel and agents in 1990s

Cons

Company lost its way. Senior Management detached from present car buying environment. The ease and price which you can buy a car from a dealer negates the need for this program. Company’s pricing and service is unacceptable They make money from the uneducated.

Pros

I was assigned to the Okinawa branch of MAS (ENCS at the time), and there were a few pros: Pays for flight to base. Sets up apartment and arranges cell phone uses. And tries to give a quick training course.

Cons

It quickly becomes apparent that the company is a sham, lackluster sales and missing materials is a standard. Our regional manager was a drug abuser, and the software is over two decades out of date. Workers are expected over 10 leads a day, or else risk threats of immediate deportation. Sofa visa is not granted, and strange work runarounds are used to dodge legal visa problems. Focus on outdated sales mentality, with out any innovations.
