Pros

- Good in-house training opportunities from external companies - Opportunity to work towards personal development plans - Options to expand knowledge and gain new skills by working with different client groups within various mental health settings - input from outside agencies is excellent - regular supervision

Cons

I experienced workplace bullying in this organisation for the first time in my career. I felt ostracised and that i was being made a target. This made my everyday working life very difficult. Members of staff stuck together in groups - it was obvious that certain members of staff disliked working with each other. I could not concentrate and give my "all" to the clients as much as I would have liked, as I was constantly criticised and even ridiculed at times in front of service users. As a qualified person in mental health I was extremely upset to be made the target of ridicule in the presence of service users - some of them would even ask if I was ok?! Absolutely terrible company to work for. I ended up being back on antidepressants and handing my notice in to save my own sanity! AVOID if you can.
