I worked at Mindlance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very open, simple paperwork, neutral in interview

    Cons

Does not take input from you (on work needed by client) and does not look for new opportunities for its own employee (lives by "today").

    Advice to Management

Get real account managers, not supervisors of account status.

I worked at Mindlance full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The salary was a positive and within market norms which I could respect. The process moved quickly as well so the recruiter was attentive.

    Cons

Excessive time watchers which at this level of professionalism is negative. I would have preferred to be treated more like an adult.

    Advice to Management

    None

I have been working at Mindlance full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The do represent some great companies, such as eBay.

    Cons

You'll only get your paycheck--no benefits except for a very minimalistic health insurance option you can PURCHASE (expensive and minimum benefits). No vacation. No sick days. No paid holidays. No 401k. Nothing. Zilch. Zip. Nada.

    Advice to Management

Offer benefits to your contractors--other companies like Wimmer Solutions and Volt do. You're not competitive in the marketplace

    I worked at Mindlance full-time

    Pros

I wish I could find one.

    Cons

Disjointed onboarding process. Inflexible and, in some cases, illegal employment practices.

I have been working at Mindlance full-time

    Pros

The family-like culture and environment is what keeps coming to work so enjoyable. The people really make the company, we have hard-working employees.

    Cons

Because it's a smaller company, the processes can use some buttoning up and sometimes communication gets lost.

    Advice to Management

Being transparent would really help employees to feel that nothing is being missed or being hidden from them.

    Pros

I wish I could say something positive, but the level of sketchiness definitely makes any positives just not even worth a mention.

    Cons

Given very convoluted information on payroll and procedures, pay schedule is every 3 weeks, first paycheck needs to be emailed and then after that we will be granted access to the ADP system. The I-9 verification system was also very sketchy. Hopefully they pay us.

    Advice to Management

Try and be more transparent and clear so people don't doubt you.
