I have been working at Mindlance full-time

    Pros

The family-like culture and environment is what keeps coming to work so enjoyable. The people really make the company, we have hard-working employees.

    Cons

Because it's a smaller company, the processes can use some buttoning up and sometimes communication gets lost.

    Advice to Management

Being transparent would really help employees to feel that nothing is being missed or being hidden from them.

I worked at Mindlance full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The salary was a positive and within market norms which I could respect. The process moved quickly as well so the recruiter was attentive.

    Cons

Excessive time watchers which at this level of professionalism is negative. I would have preferred to be treated more like an adult.

    Advice to Management

    None

I have been working at Mindlance full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The do represent some great companies, such as eBay.

    Cons

You'll only get your paycheck--no benefits except for a very minimalistic health insurance option you can PURCHASE (expensive and minimum benefits). No vacation. No sick days. No paid holidays. No 401k. Nothing. Zilch. Zip. Nada.

    Advice to Management

Offer benefits to your contractors--other companies like Wimmer Solutions and Volt do. You're not competitive in the marketplace

    I worked at Mindlance full-time

    Pros

I wish I could find one.

    Cons

Disjointed onboarding process. Inflexible and, in some cases, illegal employment practices.

    Pros

I wish I could say something positive, but the level of sketchiness definitely makes any positives just not even worth a mention.

    Cons

Given very convoluted information on payroll and procedures, pay schedule is every 3 weeks, first paycheck needs to be emailed and then after that we will be granted access to the ADP system. The I-9 verification system was also very sketchy. Hopefully they pay us.

    Advice to Management

Try and be more transparent and clear so people don't doubt you.

    Pros

flexible office hours and good with PTO and personal time off.

    Cons

    worst company I worked for.

    Advice to Management

This is not India. You cant treat US employees like slave or robots with all of your ridiculous metrics. Focus more on human interaction.

I have been working at Mindlance full-time

    Pros

Good at job placement for employees.

    Cons

The recruiters is a bit incompetent and not very informative when placing employees

    Advice to Management

Can you please have definite dates for your employees for their training dates instead of constantly changing the dates.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Mindlance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Contract position was honestly presented, and they were up-front that this was a defined period contract. Off-boarding process was fair and professional. Response from office support staff was timely when engaged by the employees.

    Cons

Recent revisions to the health insurance program resulted in an in-affordable plan. High deductibles, co-pays, and exclusions rendered the plan useless.

Bare minimum involvement from staff once contract was active.

    Advice to Management

Maintain a regular dialog and involvement with employees during active contracts. Mindlance maintains a "family" atmosphere" and presenting that to their staff on a regular basis, would build a team with pride and dedication to the company which extends beyond a single engagement.

    Pros

They help find you a job. They're margins seem to be low and that means they can pass more pay to you, the one earning it.

    Cons

They're just a contracting company. Don't expect anything special; they don't have it and they don't plan on providing it.
