      Not a Good place to Work/A company without a Vision

      Pros

      only CEO seems to be Good, have a few good policies likes Month end party for employee which was initiated only after compulsion of few revolutionary employee

      Cons

      Worst senior Management, no client/employee retention, worst HR policy, employees kept under utilised, policies are against the employees interest, full of office politics. Had good client but lost due to incapable senior management. A company without a Vision

      Pros

      The management is constantly on a path of creativity. Clear vision and great processes. If you are good at your work, best place to learn and work. Many people in the company have been there for over 20 years. Using the latest technology 👍

      People who lie on their resume find it difficult to survive.

      Pros

      Real R&D. So much to learn. So many people in the company who have been there since 20+ and 10+ years. Brilliant processes and training. Really take care of you. Firm policies. Every day there is a 1 hour grace time to come to office. Beautiful office.

      Cons

      Not a place for people who do not want to work / complain. If you are lazy, this is not a place for you.
