Pros

The people were excellent. Sometimes you'd get free things.

Cons

Where to begin.... I worked here for about three years - approximately 50-60 hours a week. Despite my hours, I wasn't offered health insurance until my last season there. Incompetent HR department that ignored reports of inappropriate behavior. I regularly had my manager saying inappropriate things to me. He was terrible at his job and got away with doing less than the bare minimum for years. Was constantly told by a VP role that I wasn't a "real employee." Was frequently put in uncomfortable situations between two married members of leadership. We did our first employee engagement survey and it showed that everyone was dissatisfied with several aspects of the organization - company response was "you should just be happy to have a job." Rampant sexism despite preaching equality with a toxic "boy's club" environment. They push the "so many people would kill to have this job" narrative hard.

We take your comments seriously and will share your feedback with relevant leaders. We have taken steps these past few years to enhance our benefits package to better align with the needs of all employees, including those that are temporary full-time. Additionally, we have been hyper-focused on growing and developing our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts and have made strides in building a more equitable working environment for all employees by introducing educational programming and adding leadership focused on DEI. Thank you again for your review. Your feedback is valuable as we strive to continuously improve our organization and provide a positive and equitable work environment for all.

Pros

Sports environment is fun and you can get tickets

Cons

Pay is very far below standard, culture is cutthroat and awful, hours are very long, management covers things up, doesn't fix them. Promotions may take 5-10 years.

Pros

You gain sales skills from the the cut throat environment. That's all that is beneficial from this horrible company.

Cons

Cut throat, disorganized, corrupt politics, corrupt managers. Stay away if you have any type of ethical value to your life. Timberwolves don't know what ethics means. Managers treat everyone differently, do not compensate you for the hard work you pay. Base pay low, commission low. It's a crabs in a barrel environment. Everyone dates and has relations with everyone. There are no types of boundaries between people. STAY AWAY FROM THE WOLVES!!
