Pros

The company provides a collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and innovation among employees. Flexible work schedules and the option to work from home have greatly enhanced work-life balance. Opportunities for professional development are abundant, with access to training programs and a clear pathway for career advancement. Benefits package is comprehensive, including health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.

Cons

Decision-making can often be slow, with multiple layers of management sometimes hindering swift action. While there are opportunities for advancement, the process can be opaque and somewhat dependent on internal networking rather than merit alone. Salary increments have been modest in recent years, which could be discouraging considering the workload and industry standards. Communication from upper management regarding company changes and strategies could be more transparent, leaving employees feeling out of the loop at times.

Pros

Multicultural environment with nice people from all around the world.

Cons

Mobilab has been the worst job experience in my life. - The management team is incompetent with low experience. They only care about the money, not the customers. - They don't care about competency and expertise. If you are a senior, you will be disappointed. If you are a beginner or a student, you'll probably like it. They don't care about the growth of their employees. - Feedback is their red line. They can't accept any negative feedback, no matter how small it is. When I told them about the quality of the code, they simply told me "You are new here and you need to listen more than you speak" and the CEO told me with a humiliating voice: "YOU complaining about the quality of the work to our CTO? Hello!!!" (She pointed to me downwards when saying "you" and pointed to the air upwards when saying "CTO" and she had a weird humiliating face) Also, they told me "You are being paid for bug fixing, why do you care about the quality?!" - I had a panic attack in front of the office of the CEOs' office after one of them humiliated and bullied me. Both of them came out of their office, looked at me for a second, and went back in. They never even asked me how I am doing. - They don't care about the salaries. If you ask them about a raise, they will threaten you that you'll get fired. - The number of resignations has become so high that these days they don't allow employees to say goodbye to anyone, in order not to have a bad effect on them. I think they need to cure their culture instead of suppressing people. - Once the CEO humiliated the people of my country. She said "I don't know what queues mean in your country, but in Germany, you need to stay in a queue" - They have created so-called virtues "Passion, Compassion, Ownership, Humbleness". But they are just a show, I'll tell you why: * Compassion IS NOT Bullying your employees and watching their panic attack * Ownership IS NOT delivering bad quality products on purpose and punishing those who complain about this * Humbleness IS NOT humiliating your employees * Passion IS NOT ignoring careful feedback for the company's growth.

Pros

- Relaxed work environment - Well documented and vivid processes, especially at the first sight and when you begin your carrier, later it went a bit blurrier for me at times - Colleagues from about 10 different countries and backgrounds. All English speaking - Frequent and cool company events - Superb HR support - Excellent office location at Cologne

Cons

- poor people management and respect at the administration level - much more advertisement and branding than the actual content - inconsistent management culture in diff. projects and people - too much ego at the administration and inability to analyze critically and remain open-minded. My impression was that the operations were highly dependent on trust on individuals rather than clear-cut argument and reason as much as I hoped.
