Pros

The word "pros" and "working at mobile programming" do not belong together. If anyone has any pros of working at this company that is anything other than "getting paid" please let me know.

Cons

This company is the definition of dysfunctional. They refuse to specialize and call themselves a technology company, but also do recruiting? Sales pitch includes selling to all different sectors and never specializing, therefore not building up a brand value, and also outsourcing all their work to cheaper labor and programmers in India? The absolute mental strain that this company put on their workers is taxing, from absolute 0 flexibility options before the pandemic, no 401k, pathetic insurance, and below average time off options, i am surprised this company is able to call itself that, a company! Their COO is someone that does not know what respect is. When times are tough, he will fly down from San Diego to try and use his intimidating presence to "motivate" workers in sales positions to "sell more" by either trying to fire people or hurling insults, mental abuse, and absolute horrific statements to instill fear. I don't know what they teach at the management school of UMich, but clearly he didn't care. Ever tried taking a look at your sales strategies or anything else? Everyone was overworked, and you hurled insults at everyone because clearly your bottom line was hurting. No person should be ever talked to the way he talked to his workers during that time, but alas, he will never know that.

Pros

No pros. If someone says good pros, then they are generated and given by internal employees. Most of the time HR's are posting reviews every month to supress any bad or true review given by ex or current employee. 5 star reviews are fake or forced by the employee to give 5star review or posted by HR.

Cons

Too many cons. 1. Fixed salary. no additional benefits. 2. no shift allowance 3. salary hike not decided based on performance. just a fixed hike but story created as hike has been processed based on performance 4. you cannot expect salary hike letter because it's not in their policy list. only verbal communication. 5. very less leave policy 12 days. salary will be deducted if you take one additional leave other than their policy 6. no proper medical policy or no medical benefits 7. salary slip will be stopped sending to your email id once you complete 10 months because u cannot swap to other company that easily 8. after one-year completion, it will take 3 months to get your hike coz you cannot leave the company that easily. if you dropped paper after one year, no hike will be provided. 9. salary will be credited on 7th of every month 10. they promise on-site opportunity is available but never saw anyone being sent to on-site because local site opportunity itself bad. 11. no proper HR. All HR's are leaving for every 3-6 months. 12. no professionalism. they dont know the meaning 13. We can contact top management but your request will be thrown away at the end of the conversation. Whatever request, it will never be processed. 14. Managment to employee discussion is bad. They dont know how to handle the employee's. 15. If you ask too many questions to top management, then you will be tagged as the rude guy internally and they will wait for the chance to terminate. 16. If any complaint comes from the client-side, immediately they will take action to terminate you. You need to beg them to provide 15-30 days of grace time to look for opportunities. 17. They are not concerned of employee safety but worried about their project safety. Employee's need to work with fear that he/she can get terminated at any time. My hands are paining to type more cons. hope you understand.
