The focus of the company is consultancy services but development in the support side of the business is poor. The company has a "hire cheap and inexperienced approach" to new employees in support in particular. It was a frustrating company to work for and little recognition for my efforts. Poor salary and annual reviews.

The local leadership is ridiculous they have recently gone through some kind of a company buyout and an internal reorg to apparently focus more on profits. They foolishly put a bean counter in charge whose idea of leadership is barking orders, micro managing and trying to work the employees 60+ hours a week. The sales team has no ethics and they are only interested in signing contracts with no interest in customer satisfaction no matter what they say out of the other side of their mouth. Despite what their website says they have only one product, Skype for business and the only reasons they are still in business is because of this product, the strong Microsoft connections and their handful of very talented consultants, if the consultants get tired of working 60+ hours week or dealing with the inept leadership then the company is probably done. If you have low self-esteem and don’t mind being treated like an inept slave then by all means work here.
