Pros
The agents are friendly, experienced, and really care about the models and helping them succeed in their careers. The other review here on GlassDoor is false and GlassDoor won't remove it. Also, GlassDoor keeps listing the company name as Model Scout (which is a company in Florida with NO affiliation to ModelScouts.com) ModelScouts.com is model scouting company, no where on it's site does it claim to be an agency. ModelScouts.com scouts models and helps place them with the world's top agencies. Models never have to worry about looking for agencies on their own and ModelScouts.com has 35 years experience negotiating contracts and helping models establish major careers. They are awesome to work with and I have enjoyed every minute of it.
