4yI am sorry to find that you would not recommend working at our company and I am completely unaware that there is "backstabbing" with upper management. If this is truly the case, it must be addressed. Additionally, if working at our company is that bad then why have you remained with us?

4yThank you for posting 4 stars for Modus Operandi. We regularly complete salary research to ensure that we are paying competitive wages and we do face some pretty steep competition in the local job market. We will continue to work towards paying at or above the competition. We do have other benefits that are better than most of the competition and very flexible schedules.
