Pros are -management cares about their employees and want to help employees succeed -good pay, great PTO -extensive training -wfh opportunity -advancement opportunities

Can have the occasional frustrated patient calling, as long as you are helpful they usually calm down

Extracurricular activities to your job description are not counted as team-building or positive to integrate into company culture. There are no budgets for work team activities. If hired for a 40hr/wk position you will be expected to work 60hr/wk. Vertical/ladder promotions are very minimal.
