Pros

nothing good, you need to buy: the tools, a white truck, the ladder, the ladder rack, insurance for the car, $150 a week if you do not have a white truck you're willing to install a ladder rack on.

Cons

I worked for 2 weeks and they didn't pay me after promising $500 for training. They said if you want to make close to $1000 every 2 weeks you have to work 8+ hours 5-6 days a week. After I refused to work with them they switch up and say "we will let you pay $150 a month for 2 months if you stay." This company legitimately wants you to pay $600+ for a vehicle thats not yours because you have to rent it and insure it. Its insane all the talking I had to do just so they could get new tires, its snowing in CO and the tires were completely stripped of thread. Absolutely insane. Im furious I spent over 2 weeks and got nothing but negotiations, and a headache. Insane Job.

Pros

You’ll be able to stay afloat, but you’re gonna go into debt.

Cons

They lie lie lie! I’m only writing this because I saw they were offering over 100k for this job. Total BS! Not even close! They make a bunch of promises and they never follow thru. They don’t tell you that they don’t have vehicles for you or tools. They don’t tell you you’re not gonna be working after you get hired and at best 3-4 days a week. It cost about 1k a month to do the job. Truck rental and gas. If you sacrifice your life maybe you’ll be able to make 1500-1600 a week. But not everyone can work that hard day in and day out. They think you’re trash if you have a life outside of their company. The nature of the industry is bad enough, but Mold will pay you late, or screw up your check and won’t fix it till the next week. They’ll promise you high paying remote projects and abandon you in a city you don’t live. If you complain about all of this they won’t compensate you, but treat you like a pest. When you finally get a vehicle you’re paying 800 a month for, it’s a piece of garbage every time and they act like you’ve been blessed with a loaded sprinter van. Not you have to go out and make your 100k with little training and old tools. The smallest mistakes are recorded and you’re always under threat of suspension. And of you wanna quit good luck getting paid your last two checks. THESE GUYS ARE A TRAP!! The positive reviews are BS!! Don’t believe them!! RUN AWAY!! You deserve better!
