Keep providing a clear strategy and know when to say no to taking too much on at once.

- Great new MD and the business strategy is something you can really get behind - Clear on what we are trying to do and how we value the customer - Investing in modernising the tech platform - Clear goals and objectives - Great access to Photobox Group (people, experience and learning)

- Been through a lot of change - Lots of work to do (not a bad thing) - Just needs prioritising

- A lot of legacy, to deal with. There is a plan and a desire to fix it but it takes time to get rid of!

Keep up the transparency and the fast pace.

Transparency across the business about how we are doing The use of OKR's is giving clear objectives to teams which is allowing us to be more focussed on what we do A genuine focus on the customer and a bias towards action is great to see The support across the whole company and at every level for the transformation we are going through

It's going to be a long journey to achieve all the things we want to do so there will be lot's of challenges to deal with along the way

Keep doing what you are doing, the transparency you are showing across all area's of the business gives me confidence that we are going in the right direction

Pros

Moonpig is a leading brand in the card and gifting market with strong values and behaviours which you really want to get behind. It's an exciting and challenging place to work with ambitious growth plans. The people are bright and personable and it's quite simply a brilliant place to develop my career.

Cons

Moonpig's career proposition needs to be embedded and there are still some legacy issues to be ironed out but we're getting there.

Share your successes and failures with the rest of the Group - there is so much we can learn from you.

Interesting ideas and products management is approachable

Cons

They want to do the right things but don't seem to have efficient people leading. There have been lots of changes of senior management in many departments, turnover rate seems super high too. There is no clear structure or certain ways of working (especially for peak periods) which creates frustration in category teams. Limited career advancement overall with very standard/ basic salary. Culture in some areas in... London HQ is snobby and discouraging.
