      Pros

      Management gives responsibility to those who share core values and gives employees to really learn and branch out. Will invest a great deal in individuals who show promise.

      Cons

      Some of the judgement used by ownership can be poor at times, and the individual employees have to pick up the pieces and try to continue being productive.

      Good working environment, working with industry is encouraged. The organization is very well established in Thailand. Therefore, researchers do get a lot of exposure to relevant industry in their fields of research.

      Cons

      The organization is a government agency. Therefore, there is still some red tape in the working environment. It is sometime difficult to catch up with the pace and demands from the industry.
