Pros

We know disgruntled people like to rant and rave on Glassdoor.. but seriously.. if you have concerns or issues- please go to your Manager and discuss. Everyone has always been understanding - if you speak up. My experience has always been that Managers and the CEO have an open door and have been helpful when I have concerns. .. Give them a try.

Cons

Jobs can be tough .. that's why it is a job. Employees or former employees should make suggestions for improvements if they are not happy and willing to bad mouth the company online.

Pros

Very busy, high paced environment that makes the day go fast. Benefits are good, also have paid holidays off. Trying to become a safer work environment on the production floor.

Cons

Poor work-life balance, recently made a change to run 3 shifts Mon-Fri in the last quarter by eliminating the Fri-Sun weekend shifts, but production still runs on Saturdays just to keep up with demand. The whole point of this change was to have a better work-life balance.

Pros

High pay for QA and a very good production energy

Cons

Lead sabotaging a new employee that the lead don't like, other comments don't lie I experienced this first hand. QA lead likes to play mind games and make a trainee look like a fool. Disorganized work load distribution, simply put why would anyone assign designated people lines located opposite locations every time(Like S6 to HP1) they know this arrangement and the assigned QA for that spot is surely is in for trouble. QA lead is a little bit of a racist when dealing with a trainee he don't like and he does't seem to want to listen to advices/suggestions for improvement because he is busy texting in the Lab instead of training us more in short 2nd shift QA lead wants a good hire to fail.
