Pros

* Pay is good compared to my previous organisation. * Lot of free time to study and explore. * I only admire the HR team, they were the professionals and good at what they do. And their Leader / manager inspires them to do the job.

Cons

* Lot of politics inside management, there is this guy Arun (CTO) who never listens. * If you are an enthusiastic embedded developer, donot pursue this company. * No clear direction or plan on what skills needed for a project, One day I will be working in Linux device driver, Then they move to Windows driver (Justification from management since both are drivers), then to AIML project since I have C programming experience and also to BIOS project. * There were no projects so all the quarter, we have to do POC, submit whitepaper or generate an idea for CFP(Customer funded project). * One time they recruited a windows kernel developer (around 10 years experience) for Qualcomm AIC100 driver development, with a promise of Fulltime employment at the end of project and they cheated them telling they were recruited as only consultants. * They will recruit freshers and in Embedded TU, once they get acquainted they will never respect you, happened to me all the time. * The Sales people will look into job portals and careers pages in product based companies in China, Taiwan, hongkong, and US, and approach them that we have engineers, this is their strategy. Now piece together what kind of people that you are working for. * No lab facility, most of the time you will not have project and you have to do WFO. * Office workspace was not good, Restrooms were not maintained good. * If you have worked in good companies, you can clearly see the difference.

Pros

Friendly place to work, you get to work with young and talented people on novel stuff, great place to get a variety of experience working with customers

Cons

Not a lot of cons, but it's essentially a service based company so the client's request might be somewhat unpredictable at times
