      Pros

      Some of the people really care and have been great to work with. Every improvement you make is visible quickly.

      Cons

      Lack of organization can sometimes be frustrating. Small company so we don't always have the perks of large corporations.

      Pros

      overtime very often, leading to 10 hour days, 5 days a week, and every other Saturday, It makes decent money. depending on your supervisor, you can have an awesome time.

      Cons

      you're working 50-55 hour weeks. from 6A-430P or 10P to 6A, depending on your shift.

      Good benefits and some of the coworkers care about others and try to work as a team

      Cons

      I believe the owners genuinely mean well when they say this or that. The problem is the follow through/ever changing/unclear thoughts. They will say do this, then when you do it they get upset cause they meant that. I think the owners suffer from severe stress and it bleeds into the company from every angle. The environment that this creates is one where managers are constantly blaming others so they aren’t the target of the owners stress. If you want a place where you can implement change, look elsewhere or go in knowing that you are going against the whole company
