      Pros

      Very stable position. If there were to be a down turn in the economy, positions here would probably be safe. Some of the people you work with and some members are amazing people. Of course, this is at every company.

      Cons

      -Very little to no culture; office is dead quiet majority of the time. -Some of the people are not great to work with; this is also at every company, though. -Very little training from professional staff. You need to rely on your colleagues to train you. -No growth opportunities. -Open to some new ideas, but many are rejected.
