- The mobile app to my knowledge is working, yet the responsiveness and communication through the app has yet to prove its feedback capabilities. - Payments are made through PayPal, but I'm not sure if My Tutor Lab offers other payment methods for its tutors. - Students and tutors are equally sparse since the marketing by My Tutor Lab has proven ineffective. - My Tutor Lab takes 25% of your commission and there are three tutor levels at different salaries. Tier One tutors earn 25% of $50 per session ($37.50). Tier Two earns 25% of $65 ($48.75). Tier Three earn 25% of $90 ($67.50). - Contact and Support through the app limits your message to 500 characters, which is inconvenient and forces you to contact them over the phone or through email instead. They could be more responsive as well.
