    Pros

Great view from the spacious and expensive office. Some really nice people, but a lot of them are gone. Free food and beverages.

    Cons

Excessive layoffs without severance, job security issues, little room for growth, money problems. The company doesn't have a very good reputation, either.

    Advice to Management

Applicants should be careful before deciding to work here. Half of this small, already understaffed, company was laid off without warning and were not provided severance pay in August 2016. Many of those let go had been with them for many years and had families to support. They have had many rounds of layoffs recently, which followed a similar pattern (large number of layoffs followed by small hiring sprees shortly after followed by financial worries).

Applicants should read other reviews by former employees, as well as those written by consumers for this company, so they know what to expect and don't get burned. There are no longer any C level members other than the CEO. They resigned some time ago and were never replaced. Current management reports directly to the CEO for all facets of the business. One should not have to wonder why this company has had so many problems.

    Pros

The people and teams are great here. The teams work well together and really look out for one other. Free bagels one day a week and free lunches two days a week.

    Cons

The CEO is always micromanaging to the point where the company suffers. They underpay the people who work the hardest and overpay those who sit around or don't come to work. They do company wide layoffs without notice and no severance when money gets tight. They don't respect there workers.

    Advice to Management

Be professional and respect the people who have shown their loyalty in making your product successful. Don't take advantage of your employees just because you think you can.

    I worked at MyLife full-time

    Pros

Great team, Fun environment and culture. Bagel Monday's, pizza Wednesday's, surprise lunch Friday's

    Cons

Lot of talk about new direction and new product looking at latest designs. When it came to the actual product it was always a disaster because Jeff micromanaged everything to the point of failure.

    Advice to Management

Jeff has to step back and focus on his strengths and leave the rest to the right resources. Also he takes things personally when someone challenges anges his decisions. Many people fired for pushing back on his micromanagement. All of this led to the demise of myLife.

    Pros

The new product features are getting a wonderful response in the marketplace. Shows that the company can pull together to solve problems.

    Cons

The new menu in the restaurant on the first floor isn't as good as the old menu.

    I worked at MyLife full-time

    Pros

I had a great time working at MyLife. I met some of the smartest and nicest people there. MyLife hires top notch people and creates a great environment for people to contribute and learn. It offers a great work life balance with a flexible schedule. The CEO is very approachable and easy to talk to. He is a passionate guy with a lot of experience in the industry. You can't beat the location, the free lunches on Wednesdays and Fridays, free bagels on Mondays, the summer parties at the CEO's house and the famous egg hunt. It is definitely a fun place to work at and you will never be bored.

    Cons

There is no working from home but they do offer a flexible schedule.

    Pros

Revenue is up. New and improved products on the way. Hard work pays off, and there have been many smart people moving the company forward. Of course, should mention that happy hours on Friday are fun. And the annual Easter Egg hunt is great. The CEO hides lots of cash in eggs around office. A good time is had by all, and many people go home with extra money.

    Cons

Some really nice people have left. Though I suspect they'll be replaced by other nice people. Oh, in a company filled with computer engineers you'd think we'd figure out a way to keep our printers working,

I have been working at MyLife full-time

    Pros

PEOPLE (although most are sadly gone). Fantastic working environment. People were a real joy to work with. Beautiful office and surroundings

    Cons

Sadly this place has become a ghost town. Layoff after layoffs (poorly planned, rumors, no real vision)

    Advice to Management

LISTEN to people who specialize in a certain areas of expertise.
