- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★

Flexible with work hours, decent benefits, great people.

Pay is lower end of range for your position. Development group is not large enough for advancement.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros

Pros
They provide employees with decent benefits and flexibility, the company is growing to be large very quickly.
Cons
Lots of change happening at this company right now, there is a lot of confusion about structure and leadership. Parts of the company often get forgotten or left out of decisions and notifications.
- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
Earning potential is high with the right accounts
Cons
Not the company that feels like a "family" culture as it once was with former CEO Tom Roles. Leadership doesn't care about who you are if you're not a high earner but most companies are like this probably.

Pros
Good talent of people working for them but feel sorry for them.
Cons
Beware - when the projects are over in hours they want you to cut the hours on your work. If you don't they find a reason to not pay you the hours you work. Just don't do it. Work somewhere else.

Pros
If you live in Minnesota this is a great company to work for.
Cons
If you work for them and live in any other state besides their headquarters they will make you feel left out.

Pros
Good technical opportunity, there are some good employees there. There is a broad range of technologies to learn.
Cons
You really are just a number here. Upper management really only cares about utilization, above all else. So it really ends up quantity, not quality. They are also passive aggressive, and though it seems harsh to make the comparison, there are a lot of similarities to the movie Office Space. Employee morale seems low, it's not a fun environment to work in. It's actually quite stressful. I was going to compare it to prisoner's and prison guards, but it's probably more accurate to compare it to school teachers and students.

Pros
A lot of talented people to work with. They have a strong presence among some of the largest companies. Pretty good compensation and training opportunities.
Cons
This is an industry that is getting away from having vendors provide on site service work, resulting in a lot of downtime for the field technician
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
A high moral compass and leadership that inspires you to be the best. Great place for highly motivated individuals that don't ever want to be held back or limited. Good work life balance and no micro-management. Great internal resources. Lots of superstars!
Cons
Very slow to promote and felt like their potential best interests were being prioritized rather than my need for growth (which is why I left).
