I have been working at NESPAK full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

You can have a good exposure to multitude of projects within Pakistan. Working environment in Head office is much much better than many other companies.

    Cons

Regional offices in other countries (esp in KSA ) are very lethargic and mostly do business based on lies and deceit. They try to save every pennies at the cost of millions. Extremely poor management. Definitely not worth the working in overseas division.

    Advice to Management

Look into the overseas operations more diligently. Do not make it a one man show where the 'King' of that region has to control entire region. Develop HR policies.
