      Pros

      Good pay as long as your happy leaving your morals and standards at the door Everyone on the shop floors cool when their not miserable

      Cons

      Lies, poor management, will do what ever bodging is needed to "get money in the till" The "not" owner has an amazing ability to both wind you up and hate yourself all in one walk around as he runs his mouth. Equipment is broken despite being a year or so old and everyone's miserable thanks to broken promises

      Pros

      Get a check every week, safety oriented company until safety delays products and safety goes right out the window. Just look for another company to work for.

      Cons

      Ileagal work schedule, horrible management in the shop, no room to advance no matter what they tell you, be ready to be verbally abused while trying to do the job to the best of your ability, best to stay away from this sweat shop.
